We brought in the new year with our friends, the Wrights. First we went out to eat at Bravos and then sat around and talked while the Aggie game was on and the kids played upstairs.
After the Aggies comeback and very close win, Mike set up his own little fireworks show in our backyard.

Mike got some ridiculous sparklers. The kids were having a sparkler fight with them. Seems like a safe idea.
